department of the army USA sealThe U.S. Army is looking for partners to provide mission equipment payload design, systems and aircraft integration, configuration management, logistics support and sensor procurement services for the Airborne Reconnaissance Low-Enhanced system.

The service said in a FedBizOpps notice posted Monday that it plans to award a five-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the replacement of nine ARL-Multifunction systems.

ARL-E works to support reconnaissance missions in operational environments and features a plug-and-play function that can accommodate different sensor types, the notice stated.

The Army said contract work and the corresponding location, delivery and other specifications will be awarded per task order.

Interested parties can use the Army Single Face to Industry tool to access additional details and submit responses to the notice.

According to the Army, the request for proposals is scheduled to be released in February.
