kampani_arjun_smallArjun Kampani serves as vice president and general counsel for the land systems business unit of General Dynamics, where he is responsible for that unit’s legal activities such as trade compliance.

He has held this role since December 2009 and also advises and counsels the unit’s president and senior leaders on proposals, teaming agreements, contracts and joint ventures.

Kampani also oversees litigation and risk management and advises on employee issues, finance initiatives and other legal matters.

He joined General Dynamics in 2006 upon that company’s acquisition of Anteon and his roles since have included director and senior counsel for mergers and acquisitions, as well as director and assistant general counsel.

At Anteon, he was assistant general counsel and had been previously employed as an associate in the Business and Finance Department at Thelen Reid & Priest in New York City.

Kampani received a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Michigan and holds a master’s degree in education from John Carroll University.

He also holds a juris doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University’s law school.
