Parsons2Debra Fiori, current vice president of human resources at Parsons‘ transportation group, will take the role of corporate vice president and global talent director and succeed David Goodrich on Feb. 2.

The company said Monday Flori has more than 20 years of human resources and talent management experience at companies such as RTKL Associates and Danaher Tool Group.

She previously served as human resources VP at Parsons’ commercial technology group and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and graduate of the Advanced HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan.

“Debra brings a wealth of experience and passion for talent development and human resources management, and she will work directly with me and the rest of the leadership team,” said Chuck Harrington, Parsons chairman and CEO.

Goodrich, who will retire after more than three decades at the company, has held the corporate human resources position at Parsons for 15 years.
