Gregory Wenzel serves as senior vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he leads the Strategic Innovation Group’s digital initiative push for Internet of Things technology.
His work focuses on the production of tools for the company’s Digital Citizen, Digital Workforce and Digital Warrior clients as he applies experience in emerging technology applications, enterprise integration and the Pentagon’s C4ISR mission area.
This includes distributed systems in intelligence, tactical warfighting, simulation and other areas, and work with defense customers on information technology transitions.
Prior to Booz Allen, Wenzel worked at Aestix and focused on distributed applications that provided services for defense clients.
He was a combat engineer for the Army National Guard from 1985 to 1993 and achieved the rank of captain.
The Clarion University graduate holds a master’s degree in computer science from Johns Hopkins University and is current board chairman for the National Defense Industrial Association-affiliated Association for Enterprise Information.
