Big Data, AppsPush-to-talk technology firm Kodiak Networks has selected Razorsight‘s cloud analytics platform to help PTT service providers gain insight into customer behavior and improve user experience.

Razorsight said Monday it will provide its Executive Insights and Real-Time Predictive Analytics technology to Kodiak Networks with the goal of helping that company’s mobile operator clients redurn churn rate and increase profitability.

Kodiak’s technology is designed to enable one-to-one and one-to-many communications on smartphones or tablets, according to Razorsight.

Paul Tardif, Razorsight vice president of sales, said the PTT system is also built with security, centralized contact, location-based dispatch and talk group management features.

The company aims for its analytics technology to aid Kodiak Networks and wireless carriers in making decisions that could drive customer satisfaction.

Kodiak clients include AT&T, Verizon, Bell Mobility, KPN and Telefonica.
