Neel Mehta
Susan Atwell serves as vice president of contracts and pricing for Northrop Grumman’s information systems sector and is responsible for leadership and oversight for all contracts, pricing, export control and property management matters for the sector.
Prior to this role, she served as a division director of contracts and subcontracts, where she supported several lines of business in the information systems sector. number of lines of business for the IS sector.
Atwell is also a former director of contracts for Raytheon’s intelligence and information systems division and has also served as manager of contracts and subcontracts for special programs at Lockheed Martin.
She started her career in a federal systems division at IBM, which was later acquired by Loral and subsequently merged with Lockheed.
Atwell is a Certified Professional Contract Manager and member of National Contract Management Association.
She holds an M.B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a bachelor’s degree from Clarkson University, where she majored in industrial distribution/mechanical engineering and minored in marketing.
