Executive Profile: Cal Shintani, Oceus SVP and Chief Growth Officer

Cal Shintani serves as senior vice president and chief growth officer at Oceus Networks.

Shintani joined Oceus in February 2012 from CACI International, where he served as a senior vice president and operating group manager.

The three-decade military and industry veteran has also held business development, capture and operations roles at Gray Hawk Systems, Veridian, BTG and Unisys.

His service for the American Council for Technology – Industry Advisory Council includes roles such as industry chairman of the ACT-IAC Voyagers Mentor-Protege program in 2007, industry chairman of IAC’s Professional Development Advisory Committee between 2009 and 2010 and industry chairman of the ACT-IAC 2012 Mobility Forum.

The retired U.S. Navy submarine officer holds a master’s degree in national security studies from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Naval Academy.
