Accenture has released a new version of its software kit to aid government agencies in processing eligibility and service renewal in online benefits applications, such as Medicaid and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.
The company said Tuesday that Human Services Software Suite version 6.1 includes the Public Service Platform, Citizen Self-Service Portal and Benefits Management System products and leverages “no-touch processing” features.
David McCurley, global managing director of Accenture’s public sector software segment, said the company built the suite to enable interoperability with other federal data services and flexibility for multiple applications.
The new release is designed to support state agencies in modernizing their eligibility systems for human services, Accenture said.
