Hewlett Packard has rolled out a package of service offerings intended to help enterprises using SAP‘s HANA database to analyze large volumes of data and gain business insights in real time.
The HP As-a-Service portfolio includes a software license for the HANA in-memory computing technology as well as hardware and platform management services, HP said Tuesday.
“Whether a client wants help in defining the business case for SAP HANA or a full-blown as-a-service solution, HP and SAP have the skills and capabilities to make this a reality,” said Mike Nefkens, executive vice president and general manager of HP Enterprise Services.
The suite is designed to combine HP’s Appliance Portfolio, Infrastructure and Application Management Services, Helion Cloud and Security Services, and Industry and Strategic Services for SAP HANA.
HP and SAP have worked together to deliver a converged system and a managed private cloud offering to HANA enterprise customers.
Details on the HP As-a-Service Solution for SAP HANA are provided at the ongoing HP Discover conference in Las Vegas.
