Constellation West has opened its new 5,460-square-foot headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia that includes a proposal development center, an operations center, hotel offices for the company’s mobile employees and space for potential office expansion.
“It provides a central location that is easy to access for employees, customers and partners,” Lisa Wolford, the company’s president and CEOÂ said Friday.
Constellation West, a woman-owned business, moved from its previous headquarters in Nebraska after announcing a potential move to Washington, D.C. last year.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was also attended by Gerald Gordon, Fairfax County Economic Development Authority president and CEO; and representatives of Rep. Gerry Connolly and Sen. Tim Kaine.
CBRE and First Potomac Management led the real estate deal for Constellation West.
