Accenture announced yesterday that it has completed its acquisition of Enkitec, an Oracle Platinum partner and worldwide leader in Oracle Exadata implementations, and Oracle database administration and development.
“The combination of our infrastructure transformation expertise and Enkitec’s deep Oracle knowledge and skill set means that our clients can more quickly derive greater business value from their investments across the spectrum of Oracle technologies,†said global managing director of Oracle business for Accenture, Derek Steelberg.
Enkitec is a global systems integrator specializing in the delivery of Oracle database technologies and customized end-to-end services for Oracle engineered systems, which combine their applications and database technology onto one platform, Accenture said.
Enkitec will be integrated into Accenture’s global Infrastructure Services business and become part of the company’s previously announced strategic initiative.
