Carahsoft Technology has been named FireEye‘s 2013 Distributor of the Year at the latter’s annual sales and partner conference in February, based on revenue-generating activities such as lead calls, capabilities briefings and marketing events.
“This steady stream of activity has been a key part of our channel engagement, making Carahsoft an invaluable partner for our company,” Steve Pataky, FireEye’s vice president of worldwide channels and alliances, said Tuesday.
Carahsoft has been FireEye’s federal distributor and master government aggregator since 2012 as well as FireEye’s sole distributor in the state and local government and education market.
Carahsoft has also previously received the FireEye Outstanding Partner Performance Award.
“In 2014, as FireEye expands in the government sector we, along with our reseller partners, are excited to again play a critical role in helping them achieve their goals,” said Robert Moore, Carahsoft’s senior vice president.
