NTT DATA has partnered with the U.S. Army as part of the Army Partnership for Youth Success program, where private U.S. companies work to train and hire qualified young Army veterans for future careers in the civilian workforce.
“The PaYS Program is an integral part of our recruiting strategy as it introduces highly motivated and exceptional candidates to our organization,” Dean Williams, executive vice president of human capital at NTT DATA, said Wednesday.
John W. McCain, NTT DATA president and CEO, said the company aims to use the same values veterans learn in the Army for the business environment.
The partnership was announced during a ceremony at the Dallas Recruiting Battalion in Irving, Texas.
