Computer Sciences Corp. will operate and maintain the Customs and Border Protection agency’s financial management systems under a potential five-year, $86 million agreement.
CSC will work with CBP to help develop and implement new financial systems for the agency’s nearly 5,000 SAP users, CSCÂ said Thursday.
Catherine Kuenzel, vice president and general manager of the homeland security and civil agencies group for CSC’s North American public sector, said the company will also help CBP design and implement a financial shared services model for CBP and the Department of Homeland Security, CBP’s parent agency.
The BPA contains a $31 million task order that calls on CBP to maintain, operate and refresh SAP financial systems for CBP.
The single-award contract was awarded under the General Services Administration‘s Schedule 70 program with a one-year base period of performance plus four option years.
