Christopher Kubasik, formerly president and chief operating officer Lockheed Martin until 2012, has been appointed to the board of advisers at Seabury Group, an advisory and investment banking company.
“In joining Seabury’s board of advisors, Chris joins a distinguished group that includes Douglas Steenland, formerly CEO of Northwest Airlines and David Turnbull, former CEO of the Swire Group and Cathay Pacific Airlines,” John Luth, Seabury chairman, president and CEO, said Friday,
Kubasik will advise Seabury on aerospace and defense industry matters.
He has provided strategic, operational and financial guidance to publicly-traded and privately-held clients in senior advisory roles there.
His positions at Lockheed have included vice president and controller, executive vice president and chief operating officer and EVP of the electronic systems division.
Kubasik was also a partner at Ernst & Young before joining Lockheed.
