Sotera Defense Solutions will develop tools and provide services for the U.S. Navy‘s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic under a potential $900 million contract.
SPAWARSYSCEN intends for that equipment and work to help build, test and deploy C5ISR (command, control, communications, computers, combat Systems, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance), information operations, enterprise information services and space technologies, Sotera said Tuesday.
“Over the last several years we have made significant infrastructure and personnel related investments in the Charleston market to better align and deliver Sotera’s capabilities to SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic’s mission needs,†said Deb Alderson, CEO of Sotera Defense Solutions.
“We are very pleased to continue supporting the SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic mission through the TCI contract,†she added.
Sotera shares the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with other companies under the Transport, Computing and Infrastructure Pillar program.
