Dun & Bradstreet Holdings BV, a subsidiary of Dun & Bradstreet, has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase the outstanding shares of Bisnode Business Information Group AB for $818 million, Dun & Bradstreet reported on Wednesday. "[The acquisition] will provide our existing and future clients with vital business intelligence to support their own growth ambitions,” said Anthony Jabbour, CEO of Dun & Bradstreet.

Octo Consulting Group has rebranded as “Octo,” after the company completed the acquisition and integration of Connexta, an IT company based in Phoenix. Octo Consulting acquired Connexta in July 2019 to bolster its existing client base in the Intelligence Community (IC) and the Department of Defense (DoD).

Curtiss-Wright has agreed to acquire Pacific Star Communications for $400 million in cash to grow tactical communications technology offerings for the U.S. military sector. PacStar will operate within Curtiss-Wright's defense segment upon closing of the deal and is projected to generate sales in excess of $120 million this year.

Accenture has formed Accenture Cloud First under a three-year, $3 billion investment. The division will help clients accelerate digital transformation to increase speed and scale. Accenture has appointed Karthik Narain to lead Accenture Cloud First and join the Global Management Committee, effective October 1. Accenture Cloud First is a multi-service group of 70,000 cloud professionals that will leverage Accenture’s industry and technology capabilities and ecosystem partnerships.
