TYSONS CORNER, VA, November 17, 2020 — Roy Azevedo, president of Raytheon Technologies' (NYSE: RTX) intelligence and space business, said the company is moving to acquire Blue Canyon Technologies as the demand for comprehensive space technology continues to grow, GovCon Wire reported Wednesday.
A PAE subsidiary has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Metis Solutions Corporation, a provider of intelligence analysis, operational and tactical training and program management, for $92 million in cash. “This acquisition expands and builds scale in intelligence analysis, training and program support, all of which are well-funded market areas of the U.S. government and our allied nations," said John Heller, president and CEO of PAE and 2020 Wash100 Award recipient.
Magellan Health has officially rebranded its Armed Forces Services Corp. (AFSC) subsidiary to Magellan Federal. The move aims to enable Magellan Federal to better communicate its value and differentiation, as well as showcase business capabilities. AE Industrial Partners has acquired Linkware, a company that specializes in custom software solutions and government consulting, and Pangiam, a security and travel consulting services provider, to create an integrated travel solutions technology platform, AEI announced Wednesday. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. "Combining Linkware with Pangiam will create a compelling travel and security solutions technology platform with unlimited potential," said Kevin McAleenan.
Parsons has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Braxton Science & Technology Group (BSTG) and its subsidiaries for $300 million. With the purchase, Parsons will enhance its solutions, products and capabilities across the space, cyber and intelligence markets.
