Professional services provider Dexis Consulting has entered into a partnership with CM Equity Partners, an investor in aerospace and defense and federal services companies. Dexis said Tuesday that under the partnership, it will receive financial backing that will support growth in the federal civilian marketplace.

Dexis has appointed Sudhakar Kesavan, former chairman and CEO of ICF and two time Wash100 Award recipient, to the company’s Board of Directors, Dexis reported on Monday. Kesavan served with ICF for more than two decades. “Sudhakar’s background is so relevant to a socially-focused professional services firm such as Dexis,” said Mihir Desai, founder and CEO of Dexis.
