Christine Halvorsen, a more than 20-year federal government veteran, has joined San Francisco-based cloud-based identity management platforms provider Okta as the company’s first chief technology officer for public sector. In this capacity, she will help federal, state and local agency customers modernize their services to streamline processes and advance zero trust adoption to secure their information technology infrastructure in support of their missions, Okta said Wednesday.
