Jessica Goodell, formerly a senior project manager at Jacobs, has joined Woolpert as director of portfolio optimization for the company's strategic consulting group.

Jacobs has elected Manny Fernandez, managing partner at KPMG, to the company’s Board of Directors, Jacobs reported on Thursday. Fernandez will retire from KPMG on Sept. 30th and join the Jacobs’ Board of Directors on Oct. 5th. Fernandez will bring nearly four decades of experience, advising both public and private companies. 

Jacobs has elected Vincent Brooks, a retired U.S. Army general, to its board of directors, the company reported announced Monday. Brooks’ areas of expertise ranging from leadership in complex organizations, inclusion and diversity, national security, international relations, military operations, combating terrorism and countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.  

Jacobs was awarded the potential six-year, $455 million Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II) by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, the company announced Wednesday.
