Jacobs has partnered with IronNet Cybersecurity to collaboratively design and develop a new offering meant to help commercial and government parties detect and address stealthy cyber threats. The joint cybersecurity offering will utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning to gain awareness of both known and unknown cyber risks and bolster network security against attacks, Jacobs said Thursday.

Jacobs has completed a transaction with PA Consulting through which it secured a 65 percent stake in the U.K.-based management consulting company. The investment placed an enterprise value of $2.5 billion to PA Consulting and the move is expected to drive Jacobs’ growth strategy as a leading technology-enabled solutions provider. A Jacobs-led ground systems engineering team will prepare the Orion spacecraft for final processing and fueling as a prerequisite to rocket integration activities of an upcoming lunar flight mission.
