Robert Lightfoot, vice president of strategy and business development at Lockheed Martin's space segment, has been appointed chairman of the Alabama Space Grant Consortium's Industrial Advisory Board, according to the University of Alabama at Huntsville. Lightfoot joined Lockheed in early May and oversees strategic planning efforts across space technology programs.
