The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory has secured the Building Congress and Exchange’s Craftsmanship Award in recognition of its upgrade work on a computer networking facility. APL said Thursday the award seeks to acknowledge individuals and construction projects based on design and technical complexity, quality of work, timeframe and difficulty with site conditions.
