Carahsoft Technology has added 65 new vendors to its contract with the U.S. Army for computer software and associated hardware deliveries. The company said Tuesday it now has 128 providers under the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2 contract. ITES-SW2 supports the Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions or CHESS program, which aims to help the federal government augment its enterprise infrastructure.

Maxar Technologies has agreed to integrate its NaturalVue 2.0 global image mosaic and National Urban Change Indicator with Esri’s collection of maps dubbed ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World on the cloud-based ArcGIS Online geospatial platform. Tony Frazier, executive vice president of global field operations at Maxar, said in a statement published Thursday the addition of NICU and NaturalVue 2.0 to the ArcGIS Online platform provides geographic information system professionals the ability to address global geospatial problems.

Radiant Solutions, a subsidiary of Maxar Technologies, will present on artificial intelligence, machine learning and analytics applications in the areas of geospatial information and mapping during an event on Jan. 31. Radiant said Tuesday it will join other industry firms, Federal Emergency Management Agency officials and other stakeholders at the FedGeoDay event, which aims to stress the importance of geospatial ecosystems.
