Inovalon and Hewlett-Packard have signed a multi-year agreement to provide analytical platforms for the Georgia Department of Community Health in an effort to help the state agency manage its health insurance programs.
Inovalon said Wednesday it will combine its iPORT cloud-based platform for data integration and Quality Spectrum Insight cloud-based analytics tool with HP’s reporting, analytics and data aggregation offerings under the partnership.
The platforms from both companies will work to help DCH measure outcomes and track the performance of its PeachCare for Kids and Medicaid programs.
“As the healthcare industry transitions from a consumption-based to a value-based model, healthcare organizations have been under increasing pressure to achieve higher quality outcomes ratings and meet accelerating regulatory reporting deadlines,” said Mike Burgin, vice president of clinical and quality outcomes at Inovalon.
