The Siemens Orlando office buildings in Florida will be bought by Owens Realty Capital for $14.3 million through Wells Real Estate Fund‘s Fund XIII and Fund XIV Associates, the Orlando Business Journal reported Tuesday.
Anjali Fluker writes that the two buildings in Quadrangle Corporate Park were built 12 years ago and cover 82,560 square feet of space.
The sale is expected to boost real estate investment activity in the region, the report said.
Siemens has several offices in Orlando, particularly Siemens Energy near the University of Central Florida.
Siemens Energy is a supplier of energy technology products and services.
