Northrop Grumman and Australia’s defence science and technology organisation will collaborate to research emerging technologies in electronic warfare, C4ISR and unmanned systems.
Ian Irving, Northrop’s chief executive for Australia, has signed the partnership agreement with Australia’s chief defense scientist Alex Zelinsky, the company said Wednesday.
“We’ve seen significant developments in these areas in recent years and they will continue to transform defence forces around the world,” Irving said.
“Northrop Grumman looks forward to working with DSTO to keep Australia at the forefront of these advanced technologies.”
