Government technologies and services provider Granicus has launched Operations Cloud, a new offering within Government Experience Cloud, or GXC, which is designed to streamline operations, including public meetings and record requests. The Washington-based company said Monday it will introduce other advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms later in 2025.
Granicus noted that the new GXC offering uses advanced agenda management, video streaming and record request fulfillment capabilities to minimize legal risk, enhance public trust and generate resource savings. The company’s GXC line also includes the Engagement Cloud and Service Cloud services seeking to modernize digital capabilities, maximize productivity and establish stronger public engagement while minimizing administrative loads.
Portfolio Update Lineup
In addition to Operations Cloud, Granicus will expand its GXC portfolio in 2025 to include the following generative AI applications and data analytics platforms:
- Government Experience Agent, a digital assistant for answering questions and providing step-by-step procedures for accessing information and completing tasks like permit applications
- Government Experience Insights, an advanced analytics platform enabling users to assess digital service delivery performance for a better understanding of various audiences and their satisfaction parameters
- Generative AI Assistants, a tool for deployment across all GXC platforms for task automations, generating content suggestions, summarizing results, understanding customer sentiment and enhancing personalization
Granicus said it provides services to more than 6,500 government institutions worldwide.
