The Space Development Agency is requesting information on industry solutions to support its upcoming Tranche 3 integration program for the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture.
The SDA requires systems engineering expertise to deliver T3 transport, tracking and custody layers and integrate them into the PWSA ground segment elements to advance the satellite network’s operations, according to a notice posted Friday on SAM.gov.
Under the program, the SDA intends to expand the PWSA by acquiring new space vehicles and associated ground segments and installing them on the T3 tracking layer constellation, which will allow the U.S. military to identify hypersonic and other advanced missile threats.
Specifically, the government is looking for solutions that could evaluate architecture products and guide the T3 program delivery. SDA also requires capabilities to deploy and integrate T3 space vehicles and ground segment elements with the PWSA platform.
The SDA said vendors that can demonstrate experience in developing, integrating and managing configuration control of multiple satellite systems within the past three years will be prioritized for the effort.
Interested parties are invited to send their capability statements no later than Nov. 25.
