RB Consulting Inc. has promoted John Ryan Bailey to vice president of federal health and life science solutions from his former role as director of federal health solutions that he held for more than one year.
Bailey joined RBCI in January 2023 as director of the business unit and contributed to growth initiatives through various efforts, including supply chain management and business process optimization, RBCI said in a recent LinkedIn post.
The company programs that he developed and oversaw included solutions and capabilities on healthcare, life sciences and research and development, according to Bailey’s LinkedIn profile. RBCI also tapped his expertise in collaborative team building to drive its enterprise, business and financial objectives.
Past Military Experience
Before joining the Frederick, Maryland-based information technology and services company, Bailey served in the Army, with the rank of colonel prior to his military retirement. His previous Army postings included as commander of the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency. He also previously served as deputy program manager of the Army’s program executive office, defense healthcare management systems.
Bailey holds a master’s degree in military national resource strategy and policy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy. He also has a master of business administration degree in supply chain management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing from the University of North Georgia — Mike Cottrell College of Business.
