The NASA Marshall Space Flight Center seeks to determine the availability of providers with the capability to meet the requirements under the upcoming Consolidated Program Support Services Program Planning & Control II acquisition and has issued a sources sought notice for the effort.

CPSS PP&C II, a follow-on to a prior $462.5 million contract of the same name, seeks to provide MSFC and other NASA centers with programmatic and technical personnel in support of a variety of programs and projects, according to the sources sought notice posted Friday on SAM.gov.

The upcoming indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will be worth more than $320 million and come with a period of performance of 5 years.

Interested parties have until Aug. 30 to submit requirements, which include a capability statement and answers to queries about barriers preventing members of underserved communities from engaging with the upcoming contract. The latter is being carried out in support of the Biden administration’s executive order on advancing racial equity and support for underserved communities through the federal government.

Manufacturing Technical Solutions is the incumbent on the original CPSS PP&C contract, which NASA awarded to the Huntsville, Alabama-based company in May 2021.
