The Defense Health Agency has awarded Strategic Communications a $22.9 million firm-fixed-price delivery order for the procurement of Amazon Web Services commercial cloud environments.
The DHA relies on AWS cloud environments for the hosting of applications used by organizations within the agency as well as agency mission partners, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
The order has a delivery period of one year that began on July 1. The place of performance is Falls Church, Virginia.
The award resulted from the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement catalog and is funded using fiscal year 2024 operations and maintenance funds.
The contracting activity is the DHS Enterprise Medical Services Contracting Division.
