ICF has secured a $36 million task order to help the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement modernize its human resources technology systems in support of a governmentwide initiative to recruit and retain more women in law enforcement.
The company said Monday it will use ServiceNow‘s low-code HR Service Delivery application to streamline recruitment and retention efforts at ICE and ensure transparency and accountability in the hiring and career advancement process.
The task order was awarded under the potential five-year, $340 million Scalable Ways to Implement Flexible Tasks contract vehicle awarded to ICF and six other companies to provide information technology support services to ICE.
ICF is the prime contractor for the SWIFT indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract’s platform-as-a-service domain area to advance digital modernization efforts across the agency.
The latest award will support the administration’s Women in Law Enforcement initiative under an executive order aimed at increasing diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility in the federal government.
