Trust Lab has raised $15 million through a Series A funding round led by venture capital financing firms U.S. Venture Partners and Foundation Capital.
The investment will enable the company to bolster its artificial intelligence-powered tools for monitoring and identifying harmful internet content, the web security platform developer said Thursday.
Tom Siegel, co-founder and CEO of Trust Lab, highlighted the increasing need for organizations to invest in trust and safety measures to ensure content safety. “Now, using our cutting-edge AI and ML tools, our customers are making progress in combating Internet abuse at scale.”
Employing its AI-enabled technology, Trust Lab helps In-Q-Tel, the European Commission/European Union and other technology companies safeguard against online threats.
