The General Services Administration seeks market information on support services to continuously operate a tool that the agency uses to manage real estate leases.

The GSA Real Estate Exchange or G-REX platform requires continued operation to secure and modernize environments for on-premise testing, integration and production activities, the agency said Thursday in a SAM.gov notice.

GSA’s request for information notice details the need for operation and maintenance support, help desk support and optional enhancement support including software updates, security-related changes, future-contracted enhancements and corrective action of escaped defects.

The Public Buildings Information Technology Service of GSA uses G-REX to electronically manage lease life cycles and guide corresponding community activities.

G-REX’s continued operation would require updated integration with the Appian automation platform and PB-ITS. GSA would also need to apply and maintain existing and updated workflows in support of G-REX.

Interested parties may submit responses to the RFI through July 2.
