Axon will incorporate digital data gathered, analyzed and reviewed by Cellebrite into a digital evidence management tool as part of a new partnership that aims to streamline workflows for investigators.
The two companies will also assist investigators and government agencies in studying, sharing and obtaining insights from data generated by investigations through the use of Axon Evidence suite with Cellebrite platform-provided data, the Scottsdale, Arizona-based company said Tuesday.
Leeor Ben-Peretz, chief strategy officer of Cellebrite, said the effort intends to help government agencies develop prosecution-ready single-case files for investigations, as well as enable data management, analysis and review.
The integrated tool is planned to be available for Axon and Cellebrite customers in mid 2021.
Axon Evidence is designed to help law enforcement personnel manage, review and protect digital evidence via one platform.
