Washington Headquarters Services has awarded Systems Planning and Analysis a five-year, $34.9 million contract to help a Department of Defense office ensure the delivery of industrial technologies across the Pentagon.
SPA will perform program support to the Office of Industrial Policy for activities under Titles I and III of the Defense Production Act that revolve around industrial base assessments, industry engagement and business intelligence, the DOD said Friday.
WHS obligated fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance funding at the time of award.
Work under the firm-fixed-price contract will take place in Alexandria, Virginia, and the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., through Feb. 6, 2026.
Headquartered in Alexandria, SPA offers analytics, systems engineering, compliance support, program management and Agile software development.
