Pharicode will provide managed support services to NASA as a partner of Leidos on the agency's potential 10-year, $2.9B End-User Services and Technology contract.
Huntsville, Ala.-based Pharicode said Wednesday it seeks to help NASA implement the ServiceNow platform, administer Microsoft applications and manage infrastructure.
The contract, which Leidos secured in February, will cover the provision of computing hardware, software, supporting equipment and mobile IT and help desk services.
Pharicode holds Premier ServiceNow and Microsoft Gold partner designations. The consulting and technology services provider noted its team of developers, program managers, subject matter experts and business analysts will provide assistance to the NEST program.
The Marshall Space Flight Center's End-User Services Program Office manages the contract.
