BAE Systems has signed a lease to occupy an approximately 200,000-square-feet building in Manchester, N.H., as part of efforts to expand footprint in the state.
The campus is located at 3000 Goffs Falls Road and will accommodate as many as 800 employees who will support BAE’s electronic warfare programs within the electronic systems business segment, the company said Monday.
Ray Brousseau, vice president and deputy general manager of BAE’s electronics systems sector, said investing in the new facility will allow the company to leverage the local workforce as part of efforts to grow its capacity and accelerate delivery of products to military clients.
The Nashua-based business has spent more than $100M on manufacturing expansion initiatives and seeks to further expand operations in Texas and Alabama.
