Bradley Feldmann, chairman, president and CEO of Cubic, has been named a board leadership fellow at the National Association of Corporate Directors.
He joins the NACD fellowship program that aims to empower members through insights, data and boardroom practices, Cubic said Monday.
Feldmann said the company strives to maintain its corporate governance standards and that he looks forward to applying insights and resources from the association to manage the firm’s board.
NACD fellows take part in various director education programs and share their knowledge into The Gold Standard Director Credential certification.
