The U.S. Citizen Immigration Services‘ information technology office seeks information on providers of IT security services in a cloud computing environment.
A FedBizOpps notice posted Tuesday says USCIS currently explores the availability of cybersecurity as a service in the risk management, microservice architecture and emerging technology areas as part of efforts to secure and update IT applications.
The agency also requires support systems and apps that can reside in commercial cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft‘s Azure and Google Cloud.
The sources sought notice calls for interested parties to indicate their experience in providing cybersecurity support with the use of agile and open source tools.
USCIS will accept input through Sept. 7.
