Booz Allen Hamilton has secured a $13.3M contract modification from the Defense Health Agency to provide integrated professional services to the Military Health System.
The company will support MHS as the enterprise works toward obtaining a “High Reliability Organization” status and perform additional services worth $3M in the National Capital Region, the Defense Department said Friday.
DoD added that Booz Allen will carry out follow-on work stated in the MHS Review‘s 41 action plans, as directed by DHA’s Medical Operations Group, as well as facilitate education, training and onboarding programs related to neuromusculoskeletal care pathway development.
The modification exercises option period 2 of a previously awarded task order and increases the order’s overall value to $39.6M.
Booz Allen could receive up to $64M under its original deal with the agency.
