Rick Lober, vice president and general manager of Hughes Network Systems‘ defense and intelligence systems division, will participate in a panel discussion at SMi Group‘s Global MilSatCom Conference that is scheduled to take place in London from Nov. 7 to 9.
SMi Group said Tuesday the forum will center on ground segment innovations for military satellite communications and cover topics such as challenges related to ground-based systems as well as the advantages of ground terminal interoperability and flexibility.
Lober will join other confirmed panelists that include Stuart Daughtridge; VP of advanced technology at Kratos Technology and Training Solutions;Â Brian Rodriguez, director of business development and strategy at Raytheon‘s protected communication systems business; and Gary Echo, business development manager at ViaSat.
The conference will also feature an invitation-only, pre-conference dinner hosted by Lockheed Martin and networking sessions during conference days.
