Klaus Schafer, chief medical officer at CACI International, will present at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society’s conference in Orlando, Florida on Feb. 20 and 21.
CACI said Friday Schafer will discuss the need for healthcare system modernization programs to support the collection of data and electronic health information; facilitate interoperability; increase data security and integrity; and transform care delivery.
The company also plans to exhibit a wide range of healthcare product offerings at the HIMSS event.
CACI will showcase platforms designed to aid federal customers in theater medical operations, medical logistics, healthcare modernization and healthcare data analytics.
HIMMS will hold its annual conference and exhibition at the Orange County Convention Center from Feb. 19 to 23 and expects more than 40,000 health information technology professionals, clinicians, executives and vendors over the five-day event.
