Joanne Maguire, former executive vice president for space systems at Lockheed Martin, has joined Tetra Tech as a member of the California-based consulting and engineering services company’s board of directors.
Tetra Tech said Wednesday she will be assigned to the company’s corporate governance and strategic planning and enterprise risk committees.
Maguire previously held various executive roles at Lockheed from 2003 to 2013 and led multiple programs at TRW‘s space and electronics sector.
She also currently serves on the board of CommScope, Visteon and Charles Stark Draper Laboratory.
She is a member of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering and the International Academy of Astronautics and fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
Adm. Richard Truly will not seek re-election to the board at Tetra Tech’s annual meeting in 2017.
Truly has been a board member since April 2003 and currently serves on the nominating and corporate governance and the strategic planning and enterprise risk committees.
