David Keffer, executive vice president and chief financial officer at CSRA, was selected to receive the Public Company CFO of the Year distinction at the Northern Virginia Technology Council’s 20th annual Greater Washington Technology CFO Awards.
NVTC said Thursday the awards recognize local CFOs and financiers for achievement in the promotion of the Washington metropolitan region’s technology community.
Keffer held the EVP and CFO roles at SRA International, the government services contractor that combined with the former Computer Sciences Corp. U.S. public sector business in November 2015 to create CSRA.
He joined SRA in 2003 and has held corporate finance, accounting, growth and finance leadership roles at companies Maden Technologies and Navigant.
NVTC also announced Ellucian‘s Kevin Boyce as Private Company CFO of the Year, ScienceLogic‘s Pat McCoy for Emerging Growth CFO of the Year and NEA‘s Harry Weller to receive the Financier of the Year award.
John May, New Vantage Group managing partner, was chosen for the Michael G. Devine Hall of Fame award for his contributions to the region’s technology community.
