Chris Kubasik EML-3 Communications President and COO Chris Kubasik has been elected to The Wings Club Foundation board of governors.

Foundation President Mary Ellen Jones said in a statement released Wednesday that Kubasik brings aviation industry expertise to the nonprofit organization.

Kubasik has at least 30 years of aerospace and defense sector experience from his previous work as president and CEO of Seabury Advisory Group and as president and COO of Lockheed Martin.

He is a member of industry groups such as the Aerospace Industries Association, Air Force Association and National Defense Industrial Association.

The Wings Club Foundation, which was founded in 1942, consolidated the former organizations known as The Wings Club and The Wings Club Scholarship Fund.

It works to aid the advancement of aerospace education through its support for charitable organizations focused on space and aviation programs.
