Grant Thornton has added new hires Joe Tria, Laura Sue D’Annunzio and Tracy McShane-Wilson to its “People and Culture” leadership team, where they will work on the recruitment and development of the company’s human resources.
The company said Thursday Tria and D’Annunzio will work from the Chicago office, while McShane-Wilson will be based in Dallas.
“Joe, Laura Sue and Tracy bring to Grant Thornton extensive experiences and insights that will help further shape the people processes that fuel our firm,” said Pamela Harless, chief people and culture officer at Grant Thornton.
Tria, formerly relationship director of partner and leadership development at PwC, has joined Grant Thornton as chief learning and leadership officer and succeeds Mark Stutman in the position.
He will be in charge of learning and development, performance management and succession management.
D’Annunzio previously worked as senior director of global talent management at Bain & Company, a client-serving partner at Booz Allen Hamilton and a partner at A.T. Kearney, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
She will serve as strategic talent leader and head talent management and optimization at Grant Thornton.
McShane-Wilson, formerly talent acquisition director for North America at Ericsson, will work as talent acquisition leader at Grant Thornton.
She also brings experience as a former recruiting manager at Deloitte.
