Glen Ackermann, formerly senior director of business development at DynCorp International, has joined Dynamic Aviation as vice president of business development.
“His leadership will be instrumental in successfully guiding the business development team and influencing the direction of the organization,” Michael Stoltzfus, president and CEO of Dynamic Aviation, said in a statement Thursday.
Ackermann is a retired U.S. Navy captain and has expertise in U.S. and international business development, International Traffic in Arms Regulations matters and foreign military sales.
He has held leadership positions on intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations and FMSÂ programs during his service with the Navy.
He was director of the Navy International Programs Office’s U.S. Northern Command, U.S. Southern Command and U.S. Central Command division before his retirement from military service in 2008.
